Fulltime Clerk position with Division B $40,000 + benefits. Job summary: perform tasks and others as assigned by Supervisor or Judge. Works closely with the Clerks and Team of Division B. Clerk duties including but not limited to assisting with preparation of data entry, scanning documents and presence in the courtroom. Occasional travel to courthouse in Pointe a la Hache, LA.
Qualifications: computer literate, high school diploma and/or GED, valid LA Driver’s License, typing proficiency above average (over 40wpm with good accuracy), employment/criminal background check and drug testing, knowledgeable in Adobe, Microsoft Word and Outlook (emails, calendars, Teams), reliable transportation for travel to the Pointe a la Hache Courthouse
